yum

quite possibly my most incredible/controversial late-night recipe so far.

Pasta a L'atun apricot
(Thin pasta with seasoned tuna and sun-dried apricots)

1 cup thin pasta
2 cans tuna (in water)
12-15 small dried apricots
chopped green onion
chopped bell pepper
crumbled feta cheese (blackened pepper)
salt and pepper to taste
